A successful and entertaining time at the annual Royal Three Counties show resulted in a triple triumph for the Boyo flock.
Firstly, the Charollais champion! Having won her aged ewe class she then went on to be crowned female and overall breed champion. Loanhead Whisper, who is sired by Logie Durno Upperclass and out of a Dalby Tuilagi daughter has done us proud!
Secondly, the Dutch Spotted champion, Boyo Ellie Mae, taking the same pathway as the Charollais ewe she also went all the way. A ewe full of breeding, she is sired by the renowned Lochlad Dictator and out of the 20,000gns Candy Floss.
Third, but my no means least, Boyo Hocus Pocus. What worked once, can work again, and a third time too with Boyo Hocus Pocus claiming the top honours within the Blue Texel section. She is sired by Whatmore Bentley and out of the homebred Boyo Claire.
A huge congratulations to the whole team who helped at the show from expert trimming and showmanship to those who kept the drinks flowing and our ever enduring paparazzi!
